Do I need to send my photo again on the website?
No. If your final original photograph has already been shared and approved in the WhatsApp conversation, we will use that file and the agreed brief for your website order.

Custom portraits often need a quick image-quality check, size recommendation or clarification about cropping and edits. Confirming these details first reduces mistakes before production.
Is my portrait hand-painted or hand-sketched?
No. WallStreetArtPK custom portraits are digitally prepared from your photograph, professionally printed and framed.
Is the portrait printed on canvas?
No. Our custom portrait service is for premium printed, professionally framed wall art. We do not offer canvas paintings.
Can you change or remove the background?
Background changes and other digital-editing requirements can be discussed on WhatsApp before production. Send the photograph and explain exactly what you have in mind.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Send us your required dimensions on WhatsApp. Custom dimensions up to 30 × 40 inches are priced according to the next standard size tier that can contain the requested dimensions; larger sizes require a quote before production.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. Standard delivery is free nationwide across Pakistan and generally takes 7–10 working days after order confirmation and production requirements are finalized. Express delivery, where available, generally takes 3–5 working days and carries an additional charge.
