What exactly do I receive when I order from WallStreetArtPK?

You receive digitally produced wall artwork that is professionally printed and prepared in a finished framed presentation. Our focus is premium printed and framed wall decor, not handmade painting services.

Are your artworks hand-painted, hand-sketched or canvas paintings?

No. WallStreetArtPK does not offer hand-painted canvases, hand sketches or handmade paintings. Our products are digital artworks produced as high-quality prints and professionally framed for display.

Are custom portraits hand-drawn?

No. Custom portraits are created from your photograph through a digital preparation and editing process, then professionally printed and framed. They are not hand-painted or hand-sketched.

How do I order a custom portrait?

Send your highest-quality original photograph on WhatsApp first so we can review the image, recommend a suitable size and confirm any requested edits. After the details are agreed, choose the confirmed size on the website and complete your order online. We will match the website order with your WhatsApp conversation.

Do I need to send my custom portrait photo again on the website?

No. If the final original photograph has already been shared and approved on WhatsApp, we will use that file and the agreed requirements for the website order.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes. Standard delivery is free nationwide across Pakistan and generally takes 7–10 working days after the order and production requirements are confirmed. Express delivery, where available, generally takes 3–5 working days and carries an additional charge.

What sizes are available?

Our standard framed sizes are 10 × 15, 12 × 18, 16 × 20, 20 × 24, 20 × 30, 24 × 36 and 30 × 40 inches. Select the available size on the product page. Custom portrait sizing can also be discussed before production.

Can I ask for a different size?

Yes. Contact us before ordering. Custom dimensions up to 30 × 40 inches are priced according to the next standard size tier that can contain the requested dimensions. Larger sizes require a quote before production.

Why is an advance payment required?

Our products are made to order. A small advance confirms the order and allows production to begin. Any remaining amount follows the payment arrangement confirmed for your order.

How do I choose the right size?

Consider the available wall width, surrounding furniture and viewing distance. Larger sizes work well as statement pieces, while smaller sizes suit compact walls and gallery-style arrangements. If you are unsure, contact us on WhatsApp and we can help you choose.
